Easytrees is a family run company whose sole products and services are represented within the easytrees website.

Every effort is made to ensure the descriptions and pictures contained within the website online gift certificates are a true reflection of the E or paper certificate you will receive - if the certificate you receive is damaged then you may request another one to replace it - contact us if this is the case.

Ordering a tree constitutes a contract whereby easytrees promises to send you a numbered gift certificate and buy one native tree against every number detailed on every certificate.

Once all of your trees are planted the numbers on your certificate and the trees they are guaranteed against can be published for your information on our website.

You do not 'own' your tree as a product and you may not sell any rights to your tree or the land your tree is planted in.

  1. Prices
    Prices displayed on our website are correct to the best of our knowledge and monitered on a daily basis. In the event of an order being placed against an accidental incorrect price we will endeavour to inform the purchaser of the error within seven days of the purchase being made, we will allow the purchaser to either cancel the order or choose to pay the additional difference in price, depending on which type of certificate has been ordered.
  2. We guarantee every £9.99 is set against planting a new native tree in the ground in the UK (£11.98 for a paper certificate). You receive no title to the tree except for the guarantee that is being planted.
  3. The price you pay covers the cost of the tree, planting, protection and maintenance of the woodlands we create for you.
  4. We endeavour to give our clients a fast and efficient service in delivery of your order within the time specified, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied then please email us at admin@easytrees.net and we shall do our utmost to rectify the matter.
  5. Refunds
    In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the quality of the gift certificate, we will be happy to refund the purchase price on receipt of the certificate less 20% to cover administration costs.
  6. Gift certificates
    All gift certificate by e-mail will be dispatched immediately, paper certificate will be despatched first class by royal mail and within 7 days of order. You may request special delivery for an additional charge. Please allow ample time if the certificate is required for a special even, i.e. birthday - we cannot be held liable for any loss suffered as a result of mail being delayed.
